"Worst insurance company EVER. $750 copay for an ER visit. Almost $150 coming out per pay check for what!! AETNA IS A SCAM! Don’t let you out until end of the year. Paid over 1,500 to get three wisdom teeth out. I will NEVER go back to this insurance!!"

"I was told during enrollment that I would be keeping my Part A & B Medicare Disability Insurance plus Aetna’s version of PPO insurance. Except I got my mail Saturday in was my new Aetna plan policy but they canceled my Part B Medicare coverage for disability and told me that I am to young to receive this. Except Social Security and my Doctors Determined that I am disabled. So they have no right to deny me this. Then they sent me a debit card and gave me $100 for 3 months for prescriptions and told me it’s my responsibility. That I wouldn’t get more than $400 a year for prescriptions. What the hell ? I’m very angry & I was lied to. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!"

"Aetna is doing everything possible to help me get DHHR straighten out so I can go to my appointment and get perceptions. DHHR is not"

"I called them FOUR TIMES to have them fix my claims by doing a coordination of benefits and they said it would be fixed going forward every time. Said they would call the people billing me and inform them that they were working it out. They did NOT CALL. Now the Bill's are being sent to collectors. I am so upset! I am the person who ALWAYS pays their copays and bills and now I have collectors calling me. Terrible service...I'll be getting new insurance as soon as possible. EDIT: and like the person before me said, they literally lied and said they would call and tell the hospital that they were working on the claims and NEVER DID!"

"This insurance company has the worst policies. No matter your insurance they don't want to pay any bills. I do not recommend getting health insurance from Aetna. Their policies are terrible."
