"My vehicle has been at this location since July 11th. Despite lack of communication from another third party appraiser & Maaco, as of today, (8/22 - 6 weeks to drop off date), I still have not been able to pick up my vehicle from completed repairs (might I add, the vehicle was involved in a passenger side swipe that required a new fender, passenger side view mirror, a paint job, and a few minor tweaks along the way). First, we were waiting for parts. They refused to start repairs until supplement was approved by third party company. After 3 weeks of waiting and no updates, I took initiative and made a partial payment for repairs. Once repairs were deemed "complete," we were told our vehicle needed an alignment. We waited for said alignment that took two business days (when in reality, that can be done in less than 45 mins), and now that the alignment is complete, a mechanic has "placed one of the tires without a sensor," "that should be done by the end of today"... so now we wait some more. I should really be on my way, (because once again, in real time, placing a sensor takes less than an hour) but I digress. As the owner of a transportation company with a large fleet, the wait time for parts/repairs has been a huge inconvenience & we have been happy, returning customers of other Maaco locations in the past. Easy to say, we will not be returning as customers to this Maaco location."
"The worst! Never go to this location I’ve been told every week my car was going to be finished till this day it hasn’t been done. Over 60 days. Nor do they offer rental cars been paying out of pocket for rental cars for over a month insurance only let you keep a rental car for 30 days per most policies. It’s ridiculous! Can’t even speak with the workers because they “ don’t speak English”."
"The cost estimate for two bumpers and a paint job was reasonable. I received great service the work was completed on time. I took my car in on Monday and it was finished on Friday as promised."
"Quick to setup an appointment, process was easy and fast. Quote and walk through did say that the entire bumper would be painted however only the affected corner was painted; evident by small scratch still existent. Timeframe was stated to be a week and it took a few days longer which did lead to conflicts personally because I had rented a rental car while my vehicle was being worked; extended it cost considerably more which was not an option. Picked up the vehicle late in the day and while it was raining so never had a good chance to review work at pick up; looked okay in the rainy night. Two annoying things were no Veteran discount and the email specials I was sent from Maaco were not applicable at this location."
"Bill and the team were great. This was a vintage auto body refresh of a 57 year old Ford Mustang that was media blasted to bare steel. Bill's team carefully assessed what needed to be done and kept me informed through each phase of the process. The finish came out great, and I have recommended this team to many of the car hobbyists in my circle. Thank you, DCN."
