"They don't make it easy to take advantage of the "free service" they claim to provide. They wanted the money upfront for warranty work to be reimbursed if they were. Charge a diagnostic fee for a car that was purchased from them. People were polite as they told you all the reasons you never go to a dealership for work on your car."

"Your service was absolutely horrible. First of all this was regarding a recall. It's been almost a year waiting for the part. I call and finally I am told the part is in and so I schedule my appt for 8:15. I don't find out until 2:30 that the part is not there and needs to be ordered. To make matters worse the attitude was not apologetic but more on the line that this is just how it is so we will call you when it is available. This is my second bad experience with your service department. This is not how customers should be treated."

"I took my truck in to get my water pump replaced. I picked my vehicle up and thought all was good until I got home and could smell coolant. I opened the hood and they didn't even bother to clean up any of the coolant that had leaked on the truck. After being home for only a few minutes, a puddle of coolant was already forming on my driveway from them not cleaning up coolant after they worked on it. Not only that but, there were drips of blood under the hood on top of my air filter box and on the top of my grille. I understand things happen but they could at least clean it up. Also they didn't even bother putting air in my tires or check to see if there was a nail in it even though my low tire light was on. But they had no propblem trying to upsell me on flushes and a throttle body cleaning. I understand that my water pump was covered under my extended plan but, I didn't pay extra for a warranty to get unsatisfactory work done on my vehicle. When I called the service advisor, he did offer for me to bring it back so they could clean it up. But at this point I no longer trust this dealership when it should have been done right the first time. So at that point i just cleaned it myself. Being a dealership, they should be putting out the best service possible for their customers and that was not the case there. This was the third time I have used this place for sevice and have had nothing but issues. I will be taking my truck to another Dodge dealership from now on."
