"Gram's Auto claimed to have repaired this customer's cylinder head where the valve cover bolts down. They did not repair the stripped out holes. They charge the customer anyway. Oil was leaking out of the engine everywhere. They told the customer that it was total engine failure. Car is running correctly. Now the real problem has been fixed. Stripped out bolts have been repaired and they refused to refund that customers money after not actually doing what they said they did"
