"On June 14 I sent the following email: It's been 5 weeks since our initial appointment. Your website states that within 2 weeks of our consultation I should have received a proposed scope of work. I respectfully request a refund of my $250. They said because of a company restructuring they were behind. Yesterday I again asked for a refund and this was the reply: Hi Melissa, if you are looking to be refunded on your consultation then you will need to call in order for us to discuss that. I would not recommend this company and am happy to discuss my experience further."
