"Shoddy products wouldn't return 2 different vape machines after telling me on the phone that he would because I returned only after seeing they didn't work the same day which was a Sunday he wasn't there but told me on the phone he would and I returned Monday and he told me there is no return policy,there was no notice of this in the store or I would not purchase so he got me for 70 dollars and it seems oh so legit with the phone # to the shop it's self being out of service there are many other tobacco shops that will back their own products ,don't go to this place, I had to put a star to post this but I would not even give that. There are many other stores near by. UPDATE: I'd like to say that the little vapor (square one ,v-pod) started working but that's the one I purchased since the one I bought originally still don't and did not intend to spend that much money thinking he'd return it LIKE HE SAID .it's showing it's charged but don't work it's the one in the white box called flair it never worked from out of the box,it lights up but it don't vape (yes I charged it!)this guy is also sky high priced compared to other outlets ,what happened Sunday while I was there the employee handed the phone to me (a cell phone )because I asked to speak to him that's when he informed me that he'll return it I made 2 trips down Sunday and one today Monday because like I said # on store receipt was out of service so I returned in person. Still will not go back .No return policy no customer here, I'm still out $ 35.00"

"Sold me fake/bootleg juul pods. Charged 21$ for pods that got stuck in the device and broke when trying to remove. Flavor is off and quality of pods are garbage. Definitely contacting juul corporate and letting them know they are selling these knockoffs."
