"Very bad. Just got sourdough sandwich with egg cheese and bacon. I was in hurry and opened sandwich box already in the car. Bread and bacon were over toasted till black crust all over and bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite it. Cheese wasn’t melted, probably they forgot and added much later. No mayonnaise available at the premises. Will not order there anymore. If you go there make sure you check what you get before leaving. One star is too much."

"First, I waited about 5 min before one of the 4 workers I saw took my order. Then the coffee they gave me was room temperature and tasted old. I asked for another one and that was good. The food I ordered took 20 min to get to me because the workers had no idea I was waiting for it. The one worker said "sorry it's only 2 of us" that wouldn't have been an issue if they actually worked instead of chatting. Then one of there machines caught on fire. This place is a hard pass. Able at all costs!!!"

"Always enjoy stopping here for my better half to get her go to cold drink. She loves the Iced Caramel Decaf Coffee with Cream no Sugar. Sometimes the lines are a bit long going through the drive-thru, but they generally move right along. On this occasion, it took longer to get to place the order, but once placed within 90 seconds I had my drink and was on my way. Someone is going to be happy when I get home!"

"I pit stopped here on my way to NY. Had to use the facilities. Grabbed an iced coffee and half dozen donut holes. The iced coffee and donut wholes were good. The cashier that waited on me was nice and courteous. The ladies room however was totally disgusting. The toilet was clogged beyond belief. When I went to tell the young lady that waited on me of the issue all she said was, we know. Seriously? But there were other employees behind the counter chopping it up and playing on their phones. I grabbed my order and left. Won't stop in there ever again."

"Pulling up I was confused, it said there was a drive-through but didn’t see a driveway for it. You have to go off-road and around the building that looks very sketchy. The staff didn’t seem to know what our mobile order was and I had to go through it to get all of it. Not so great coffee and more training is needed on how to make a Dunkin coffee"
