To the business owner I hope you get a more respectful staff because the way I was treated over a simple phone call is ridiculous. "Bought store brand shoes here, wore them for about a week and the laces started to show their shoddy craftsmanship. Attempted to return them for a refund and was rudely told by the older ladies that since I had wore them they would not accept a return. No offer to exchange or even an apology for their inferior product. First and last time I shop at any Shoe Depot. And will shell out the few extra dollars for name brand shoes. Save yourself the headache and avoid Shoe Depot branded products. And while your at it, avoid the whole store."

And better than Amazon--because you can actually try them on! The kids options are great too! I especially enjoyed buying shoes for my child when he was a toddler. Located right next to the food court, next to the EFO and the restrooms."
