"I've been a customer at Dubz Smoke and Vapor for almost a year, but my recent experience has left me disappointed and cautious. On November 30th, I purchased a vape for my girlfriend, hoping to save a return trip to the store. However, after minimal use by December 5th, the product unexpectedly stopped working due to a common clogging issue. While I had previously exchanged products without any problems, this time I was informed of a 24-hour return policy that was not prominently displayed. This policy seemed to come out of nowhere and added to the frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning product. The offered solution was a 20% discount, which felt like a mere token gesture considering that only 20% of the product had been consumed at best. The lack of transparent communication about their return policy, coupled with what felt like an inadequate resolution, has left me with a negative impression. I won't be returning to Dubz Smoke and Vapor and would advise others to exercise caution when considering purchases from this establishment."
