"They seem to have an ever changing policy. They never have enough to fill an entire rx. One month they tell us to pick up the rest the next day. The next month they tell us. ( after a partial fill) "you shouldnt be out of medicine yet so we cant fill the rest until you should be out. Your insurance wont allow us "..Even tho we pay cash with no insurance."
"Can't believe you were not open today. It's Monday and people still need their meds. Could've opened for a few hours. Now, I have to suffer all day. Enjoy your hamburger and hotdogs. I'll be laying in bed all day and night."
"Called to ask if they had something and if someone would be able to help me answer a few questions about it. i was told “yes we have it but are short staffed so i dont know how long we will be able to help and answer your questions” really? All i needed to know was what cbd and strength to take for anxiety. Went to the new castle one instead and they were extremely helpful and friendly there"
"They refused to fill my ivermectin prescription. I have been a customer here for 30 years as well as many family members I’ve been customers there also. They will never get One red cent from any of us ever again.I had to have my prescription filled by a pharmacy in Philadelphia."
"I gave up and switched to CVS. They never have my husbands prescriptions in stock, if they do its partial fills. Everytime I picked up a prescription there was a copay. I would ask if my secondary insurance was billed and was always met with a loud sigh and severe attitude. This last time I was asked "do you want it or not?". Ahhh nope. Transferred everything to CVS and not 1 copay on any thing. Do not miss this place or its staff one bit."
