"Best plant based brunch in D.C. perfect menus for special occasions and holidays. Great drink and wine selections. Amazing service and customer friendly."
"This was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed their plant based brunch, where everything was vegan! The 8 course menu was extremely delicious! The red curry butternut soup was amazing as was the granola crusted French toast. The vegan cream and raspberry jam on it were so good! The spiced rum caramel cakes were also incredible. We look forward to seeing how the brunch menu changes in the spring!"
"First rate plant based options for this classy American style restaurant. Hard to believe they just opened. I enjoyed a conversation with the culinary master mind, and based on what I heard this will be a frequent stop on my travels to the city."
"I came here with my coworkers during the Greenbuild conference last week. The ambience was lovely, the service was reasonably fast, and my company members and I had a wonderful experience. I appreciated the labels on the menu. I went with the Sesame Glazed Eggplant & Crispy Tofu (PB = plant-based) and had half of a Sicilian Pistachio Creme Brulee for dessert. Both were delicious in their own ways. I am normally not the biggest fan of eggplant, but the way they fried the chunks of it (same size as the tofu chunks, which was satisfying) made it delightful. It was like little crispy bursts of eggplant. The tofu was fried similarly and was equally yummy. The creme brulee was surprisingly light and refreshing; it even had the sugar crisp on top. Overall, I very much enjoyed visiting this establishment. I will be recommending it to anyone looking for a nice meal in DC."
"Wow. Some of the best food I’ve had in DC since moving. Both the vegan tasting menu and the non-vegan tasting menu were sensational. Such interesting flavours cooked perfectly. And wonderful service, so friendly and kindly offered us candles and dessert wine for the birthday we were celebrating"
