"Fantastic customer service! We ordered an Army ring from this company. It is BEAUTIFUL! When I ordered it as a gift for my husband, they were very clear with me about the time frame. It was too close to Christmas, and they told me it wouldn't be there in time for Christmas. I appreciated the honesty. My husband wore the ring for a couple years, and he lost the stone on top. We called the company and found out how to get it replaced. Then the ring got lost in the mail. When we called the company, a couple different times as we were tracking it in the post, they were right on top of it. They had a record of each time we talked to them and exactly what was said. The ring eventually showed up at the company, they fixed it and sent it back. Beautiful job! To me, the wonderful thing - besides the ring being just as beautiful as it is in the ad - is that the customer service at Veterans Commemorative is the best I've had in a long time. They are right on top of everything and keep fantastic records! I'll definitely buy from them in the future and would recommend them to anyone."

"This company is a joke. I ordered a watch on easy payments. The company charged my card for the first payment and shipping on that day. When I received the watch I literally had to put the pieces back on the watch. Then the company charged me for the second “monthly” payment only ten days later. The third “monthly” payment one week later and then the final “monthly” payment two days after that! So all the charges were done within the same month! What’s the point of “easy” pay??? Be careful!!!"
