"Whenever I go into Torrid I always have a good experience. This location is probably my favorite to go to. The girls are very helpful. Its so nice to finally have a plus size store to shop at for myself. I feel comfortable and welcomed when I stop in. I recommend this store to any girl who is between a 12 to any size you are! We are all beautiful! And their prices are really reasonable and the quality of the clothes is great as well."

"I personally love torrid for plus size clothing. So many styles you can try and it is very nice. Every time I have gone in the people at the register are kind and quick to help. I will say that torrid can get expensive but it is definitely worth it since their items are made so well. Everything I have bought has lasted what seems to be forever. The location at the wyoming Valley mall is a small store BUT go online and take a peek as well! There really is so much to choose from!"

"I love shopping here. The shop clerks are always so pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I wanted a particular pair of pants, but they weren't in the size I wanted. They ordered me the right size and are having them shipped to my house, for no extra cost. They are also super helpful with helping you pick out outfits. They make shopping so pleasant!"

"The associates at this store are always nice and willing to help. The selection isn't always the same as bigger locations or online, but they are more than willing to help you find what you're looking for. The store and dressing rooms are always clean and the shelves and floor displays are clean and presentable. I'd definitely recommend this location."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. I can definitely find more online, but it was nice to go in to try some sizes. Though many items had limited sizing there too, so I had to find similar styles is the size I needed to guess if the shirt that I actually wanted but was only available in my size online would fit and hopefully look okay. I do prefer their website but, the store exprience wasn't bad."
