"Worst costumer service! I Bought items yesterday while on vacation and couldn’t find my receipt. I called the store and tried to see if they could email me a receipt. They did not even ask for a product number or email to look up the item i bought. All i wanted was for them to look it up so i can exchange the item i bought back home because this store was 3hrs away.. the guy I spoke to seemed annoyed and said i will grab my manager to look it up. Came back and said they cant find it after 1 min. I asked for them to look it up by email and product number and phone number and he said ill grab my manager to speak to you and next thing I hear was hang up the phone and then silence!!!! Rude Rude Rude!! Might as well take my services to NIKE or even DSW !"

"The staff was very unprofessional. Need training in customers service. They are not my choice of shoe stores my advice go somewhere customer's are going to be a high priority. For 200 dollars I would at least like to choose what shoe I would like to try on. However in finish line you don't have that choice lmfao."
