"Aug 17, 23 after lunch. Came in looking for a few jewelry items, the rude staff could not acknowledge my presence. Walked out of store. Why are you in business? You should realize that what you are selling is a luxury, not a necessity. When a customer enters your store how about greeting them, and offering assistance?"

I ended up buying it a week later and the general Manager closed sale and he was also very helpful. He told me all the details about the purchase and all the information I needed to know. "My wife's wedding band had a diamond fall out and I brought it in to be replaced. Unfortunately I did not have the warranty paperwork from 2008. The store manager Adam said he had a couple tricks up his sleeve to find the warranty. In 10 minutes he found the warranty and got us all setup saving us a good chunk of money! Thank you Adam for digging through computer systems and having the patience to do so. You made my entire day!!!"

"The new Manager is amazing so helpful and kind. Looks great in there with the new little changes. I had to edit this review because I had my Dimond necklace sent it for servicing it came back with scratches that it never had before and stuff that looked like gunk in every corner. After I waited weeks for it to be done...I have to wait weeks more the the girl was not polite about it and tried to snag the necklace from my hand while i was looking at it. She didn't even say sorry or anything. She was so rude I was apolled you spend lots of money on good jewerly and a warranty and this is how your treated."
