"I went to Talbots looking for a suit for a job interview. The sales associate offered to help. The words and tone she used during my experience felt condescending and insulting. She suggested that I needed a large size which wouldn’t even stay up! It was a very unpleasant experience. I would have to describe it like a “Pretty Woman Experience “ like when the sales associate didn’t believe she was the right type of customer for the store. It’s unfortunate because I do like the clothes but service is important too."
"Excellent staff- every time I visit each employee goes above and beyond. The store is meticulously clean bright and well displayed. The clothing is high quality but in my opinion, overpriced. I never find anything that fits. Every purchase I've made is for someone who's a smaller size."
