"Very upset, drove over an hour to get to this location and they're closed due to a power outage, but all the lights and screens are on inside of the store. Today is the last day of a sale as well, and now I get to miss out on it because the Google map says they are open, but obviously not"

Just hung up after over 11 minutes waiting on hold....... guess they believe intermittent tips are enough to suffice waiting and waiting and waiting = NOT !! !! "JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts has finally moved from their previous location on the parkway to this new location in the Parkway Plaza. With the move comes a complete interior remodel and they did a splendid job! JoAnn is a great spot to pick up supplies for arts and crafts. This new store seems to have added a LOT of new various supplies to make up for the loss of AC Moore."
