"I took my watch for a routine battery and band change. When I got to my car, I realized that the clock was not working. When I went to reset it, the turn screw fell off in my hand. I am sure this was not like that before I took it to the watch shop. When I took it back in, the proprietor said he would have to send it out for repair. It took a couple weeks and some $50 dollars later, I got my watch back. When I got home, I looked at the watch closely. The inside of the face was smudged and it was missing the line for 4 o'clock. Since this was the first and only time that I had this watch serviced, I know this damage came from the Watch Shop and whoever they use to do the repairs. I will never go there again."

"I took a watch in for a new band. I thought I saw him setting the time through the window. After I paid and went to my car I noticed the time was wrong and went to change it and the knob just fell out. I gave the man at the counter the benefit of the doubt although I was a bit suspicious. This time though this time the watch had to be sent out for another $40.00. When it came back, the knob was fixed but inside the watch face was dirty and missing a pointer to the number 4 on the watch face. The watch had never been repaired before and was not like that when I sent it in. Needless to say, I am not letting them touch it a third time. I will have it repaired somewhere else. Beware of this place; they do not seem to have much business and I have always wondered how they stayed in business when I never saw any cars in their lot."
