"Took my vehicle to this shop, they did a good job. It was vacuumed out an item was stolen from my vehicle. It meant a lot to me. I got a dumb response when I inquired about it. Make sure you take all things out of your vehicle before dropping it off. I have never had this happen before."

"I’m beyond frustrated with this place. I drop my car off for body repairs after my mechanic recommended them to me. The second I dropped off the car, there was zero further communication. I called every week, and they told me every week that the car to be done that Friday, and it never was. This happened for four or five weeks in a row. Once I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that the alignment was off and there was a steering light on the dash. After not having a car for over a month I couldn’t just take it right back. I drove it for a little bit and then called to set up a time to take it back in. When I talk to them on the phone and they told me to get a new battery and not to come in. The day after I lost steering while driving, and when I went to get a new battery, we found out that both the terminals were left loose. Beyond disappointed, no desire to return or recommend"

"Brand new 2022 Volvo XC-90 Recharge was rear ended. My local Volvo dealership frequently works with this repair shop, so I chose this shop instead of my insurance company's preferred shop. The part that I needed was rare (retractable tow hitch), and had to be shipped from Switzerland. The part took about 5 months to arrive, but the team at Maryland Collision Center kept me informed throughout the entire shipping process. As soon as the part arrived, they called me and I was able to bring my Volvo in immediately. They have a business relationship with the Enterprise car rental place down the street, and rental car people were there to meet me at the shop when I arrived. The repairs were completed in about a week, and they handled all communications with my insurance company. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The repairs and paint job were beautiful. They also washed the truck and cleaned the interior. It was like picking the truck up brand new off the lot! After I had already left the shop, I thought to check the retractable tow hitch and I discovered that the new bumper was prohibiting the tow hitch from fully extending outward. I called the shop, and they asked me to bring the truck back with no further questions! It only took them a couple of hours to fix the problem. No questions. No additional charge. And they were very friendly and apologetic for the oversight. This is a top notch team, and I highly recommend them for any of your body shop needs."
