"Can’t stress enough how great Hailey and Ayrelle are. They both were super friendly and great at the “if she likes that she will totally like this” sort of help an idiot husband needs. Ayrelle helped me pick out my engagement ring and then when me and my wife came in for the bridal set, she gave her the confidence she could pull off the one she wanted. Hailey helped me find the right wedding band for her and got my Levian ring I got elsewhere (bottom one in picture) repaired. She then took it upon herself to send us an invite to the Levian event they were having where they both helped pick an early Xmas gift. She also marked another ring for them to bring at the next event that my wife was interested in. Super helpful and patient. They both are the reason I’ll try to go to Jared for every holiday, birthday, and anniversary. Helpful yet not too pushy like most jewelry stores. Jared has great pieces but the other earrings bracelets and rings I’ve gotten don’t quite hit as hard as the Atsugi they’ve helped me get. Jared’s repair is great too. I brought in an Etsy ring that lost its main stone (opal) and they replaced and repaired it a fair price and the opal they put on was twice as good as the original. Also the ring hasn’t had problems since. Super quick too. I rate them ALL THE STARS."
