"Quite a poor experience. Scheduled a 1st appointment for laser hair removal for facial hair. Had some discomfort in my teeth while doing the lip, was told it happens but is not an issue. Later I checked my teeth because of it and saw a few discolored spots on my front teeth. I contacted Facebar to ask if the laser could possibly be involved, they said no and that I should see my dentist about it, and I said alright and scheduled my 2nd appointment. 3 days beforehand they call to cancel it and tell me they want me to see the dentist first. Alright then, my dentist appointment comes, he says it is minor decay, he does not know why there is discoloration (as I don't usually experience that much) but the laser is unlikely to be the issue, and is able to clear all the spots in a single short visit. So I call and schedule again at the Facebar now that the dentist has also given the all clear and the summer is over. Again 2 days beforehand Facebar calls me to cancel, this time saying that "we referred you to the dentist, and told you we cannot treat you here anymore at all (despite communicating the results of my dental appointment)." Which is not only not what they told me originally, but also makes no sense given what every professional involved in this situation has told me. So after wasting months of my time in getting laser removal done, politely being jerked around by this place for no apparent sensical reason communicated to me by anyone involved, at this point I can only conclude some combination of lying, incompetence, or some sort of bias. I tried to put up with jumping through some hoops in this situation to go here because it is local and the tech and front desk seemed polite, nice, and welcoming, but unfortunately this place apparently has some deeper issues."
