"UPDATE: the people responding to these reviews are LIARS. I haven't had acrylic on my nails in over 2 years. The set I had on my nails was DONE BY SELENA on 7/6 and not another salon. Gel X is no where near as thick as acrylic so there was no need for me to wait 90 minutes doing a soak off. Take responsibility for your poor customer service and stop making excuses! This is the second time I've made an appointment with Selena and had to wait over an hour to be seen by her. I waited the first time and she did great work on my nails which is the only reason I came back. I have an important event to attend tomorrow and made my appointment for 5pm today. I arrived at 5:00 and Selena was just starting with a client's set. I don't understand the purpose of making an appointment if clients aren't seen at the time of their appointment. There was no apology or acknowledgement of when I would she would be done so I soaked off the set I had and left. I will never return to this salon."

"Every since David, Yvonne & Katie left the quality has gone downhill. I will not be returning. There were comments about how my nails were previously done for them to only turn out worse. After only 2 days of a dip manicure several nails were broken. Not even one week later and every nail is broken. The price has gone up and my nails look the worst they ever have. I highly recommend not visiting the salon."
