"Go to a better location, this one has bad attitudes. I went in to purchase perfume… the girl that worked there was sitting on her phone. Since she wasn’t busy, I asked her for help finding it, at first she acted like she couldn’t hear me. Then, she couldn’t be bothered to stand up or get off her phone to help me find it. I wanted to sample the scent first, and asked if the sample for it would be near checkout too, she went as far as to tell me, “that’s why I told you the front.” She was just unnecessarily negative and has a miserable attitude. Not to mention she looked like she was falling asleep while all her coworkers looked really busy. I thought she might be on something. Regardless that’s not somebody who should be working in this industry, I told the dull one to have a good day and found a better location to go to. Ulta, hire more happy and vibrant people to promote your products, it’s a beauty store! We like to see beautiful attitudes too"

"I went to a salon in Albuquerque that I loved. Tried to come here and decided to never step foot in this place ever again. I was ontime and she took another client instead of my appointment. I waited for 50 minutes walking to the counter trying to get a response. I was also followed around the store by security. Absolutely insane. I came here to spend money but instead was antagonized and profiled. This place won't last much longer. Just like Marley poor service will destroy that place."

She's so kind and so amazing and she was so patient with everything and she called me down and she gave me details. Step-by-step on what she's doing. And at the end, she even got, and wrote down the proper foundation shade for me. Like she tried different foundation on my face and did not give up until she was ready to do the work. She did my hair and make up and she didn't beat around the bush. She was very straightforward on if extensions were needed or not. And she was really kind and very sweet and I loved your service so much that I would definitely see her again. I'm so Lucky that I found someone so cool and amazing to do my make up on my special day"
