"I made and appointment online for a cut. Came in, had to wait 30 minutes past my time. Wally asked if I wanted a trim, I said yes and he proceeded to cut 2 inches, off my dry hair, that had been up in a bun all day. Did not offer a wash or even spray it down. I left the salon and still had knots in my hair because only the very top was combed. I would have left, but he cut a 2 inch chunk before I raised he was cutting and not coming it out."
