"I recently had the chance to visit this location two days in a row. The first day I was helped with initially putting a battery in my watch, but then I noticed 2 items; a ring for a special occasion and watch. The employee, Jenna helped me with purchasing those items. We then started a discussion about personal items and memorabilia that meant a lot to us. I began relating a story we didn’t realize we both had in common. It concerned a greatly valued ring that was given to me that belonged to my father. So, she encouraged me to come back the next day to see what pendant I can purchase for my dad’s ring. I then came back the next day and she and another employee, Josh, helped me out with deciding on a pendant he designed. Jenna then helped me even further in deciding the color, weight, style, and everything else that went into this important decision. Choosing a specific pendant meant a lot to me, and I’m glad it was by someone who cares and understands ‘the value for the reason’ of what I was purchasing. She went in to great detail this day and the day before in deciding the times above mentioned as well. Jenna is a very kind, conversational, patient, and well-spoken employee. The staff has helped me in times past before when I had visited this location. The staff at this location are always professional and well-dressed. I definitely will return!"
