"PLEASE DO NOT VISIT PROSPERITY INTERNAL MEDICINE This message is long, but your health is important. Please read. I was referred to Dr. Zahir Office by a close friend in 2022, where i had my first physical exam, as all PCP does, the nurse taken my blood work, they've sent the blood to Labcorps as per my request, it turned out they put a wrong date of birth on my results, i called PIM office many times requested to deal with Labcorps to fix my DOB. it's 2024 and i still don't see my 2022 results on my Labocorps patient portal, in the meantime they PIM office sent me email stated they worked with Labcorps and your DOB for 2022 is fixed. IT IS NOT FIXED YET. Last Monday on Jan 29, 2023, unfortunately i again wanted to give them one more try. i had appointment, they have taken my blood for tests, i don't know what happened afterword, i sent their office an email after 2 days checking on results, they didn't reply, i then called them through phone on 3rd day, they said, the Nurse will contact Labocorps and we will let you know as soon as we hear back. i waited one more day and called them again to check on my test results. You know what, i am writing this review 10:05am on Feb, 5th 2024 (after 8 days they have taken my blood), i swear i still have not received my blood results. this is the email they sent me Last Friday at 12:59PM. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. very poor management, they don't know what they're doing. Dr. Zahir Office staff is playing with Public Health. What i realized they've business contract with Quest Diagnostics. this is what happens when they send to a third party company. Here's their email: "Hello, This is Prosperity Internal Medicine , and This message is to inform you that we went ahead and got in contact with labcorp, we were able to correct your date of birth on their system, and give them the information needed to correct it. That has been taken care of however, We asked for an update on your labs as they were sent out to labcorp, but they stated that the lab technician that picked it up from labcorp transferred it to quest diagnostics. We are unsure why that was done, and we asked labcorp to get it transferred back as it was supposed to be run through labcorp and NOT quest diagnostics. We apologize for the inconvenience unfortunately, it was a mistake on labcorp's end and we are working together with them to try and correct it. We will get back to you as soon as possible with any updates.""

"Very disappointed with the way the handle their customers, I went for the first time, 7 months or so ago to get a phisical and blood test for a normal yearly result, I am 53 years old and have no health issues so far! Well when I got there they got me into a room with a nurse or so and she connected some equipment, after 10 minutes a Doctor showed up and ask me if I have or had any pains, I mentioned that in the past (when I had Kaiser Permanente insurance), I did have a bit of pain on my right knee and that my Doctor then prescribed me with a medicine and that took care of that. Well she asked me if I want to get the medicine for that and I answer sure, I do not need it now but If that pain ever comes back that will be handy to have. By the way I did pay up front for the phisical and blood test (they will not let you in other way and that is normal). But then for my surprisse after 7 months I an now getting a bill from them for Doctor consultation and medicine prescription for a knee pain, almost $200! I was puzzle to see that they send this to my insurance and claimed that they ran some test or so for a knee pain! So I called them today and the answer I got from the front counter is that yes if you respond any questions about any pain on the past you will be charge for consultation, even they never explain that. I assume that the doctor was trying to know me better and that was all. I try to contact and talk to the Doctors and they will not talk to you about anything. So Do not go to these Doctors!! They are just there to collect your money and do not answer any questions when a surprisse charge shows up! The front office answer was, well the Doctor wrote in the notes that you ruquested medicines and extra test!! So if you go there make sure to ask them if that will incur in any extra charge. Honestly for me this is a license scam, I am sorry but would you accept a Mechanic charge for a past oil service you did with another mechanic?
