"This center is playing, I scheduled 15 days ago for CT test. When I went there they told me I rescheduled for for 8 more day(next week) event the didn’t call me, my test is class B need to done as soon but they are saying no technician, then Why they keep the appointment."

I went in the next day to pick up my cd and she remembered my name and greeted me with a smile. "Brenda is at the front desk -- EVERY FRONT DESK IN AMERICA NEEDS A BRENDA! Professional, courteous, friendly, & helpful (& a lovely smile!) - she walked us through the process on a coffee deprived Monday morning resolving issues & overcoming obstacles to help me & my 80+ mother navigate the paperwork & calm Mom's nerves on arrival in under 2 minutes. I am often taking my Mom to such medical appointments now in her age and I wish EVERYONE was like Brenda (and the rest of the staff) at Reston Imaging as they made it such a pleasant experience under what can be at time difficult and trying circumstances. Without exaggeration - if I were to run a company -- Brenda (or someone like her) would be my first choice in dealing with clients, customers, patients and colleagues. After putting us at ease in a tough multitasking situation & dealing with grace and aplomb several solutions & patients at the same time - I looked at her to see if she had any extra arms given how well she was handling everything being put before her at the same time. No doubt about it - the best customer service& medical experience I have ever had!"

"I've had two occasions to visit the imaging center -- one was a very scary day for me and I'll never forget the kindness, care, and support the entire staff gave me. The second was much easier as my four year old needed a simple chest x-ray. While we had to a wait a long time, the receptionist tried to make it easier by treating her to lollipops. When we were finally seen, the nurse and doctor were awesome - had her giggling and feeling comfortable and got the results examined right away. It's a tough job, but these guys worked as a team and took care of us. Very grateful!"
