"I had such a great experience at the Spa over the weekend. I decided to treat myself to a weekend away for myself just to get away for a few days. I made appointments and reservations online and it was extremely easy. I was greeted at the Spa by Gabriella who was so kind and welcoming. My massage was given by Sara who was wonderful. Very relaxing! My facial was given by Aziza who was amazing and my skin feels and looks great. I read the reviews before I went and noticed a few comments about the size of the spa. It is a little cozy but that’s the way I like it. I will recommend to my friends and I will return again. Thank you."

"We live close, so we spent the weekend at this Ritz in Tysons for a spa weekend staycation… This review will be on the spa and facilities only tho… The spa for being at a Ritz and for being in a very hi-end, busy, popular area is way too small! I checked in, which was nice as they offered me a glass of champagne. They told me where to go next, which was to the gentleman’s locker room and then go to the quiet room. I quickly found the locker room, but upon entering was taken aback by how small the locker room was. There’s a single bench in the middle and all the lockers I saw right there were all there were. So, if more than 2 guys were checking in or using the locker room at once, they would be bumping into each other. I didn’t know where the fresh robes and slippers were, since no one previously informed me, but I quickly figured where they both were. But there were also plenty of used slipper, robes, and towels laying around that no one had tended to yet. I disrobed, put on the robe and then sought out the quiet room… I had a hard time finding it because the room that “appeared” to be it was so tiny and had 2 women in it taking up the whole room with their loud conversation, I didn’t think that was it, so I walked back out to the receptionist to ask and she told me that room was, in fact the quiet room. I went in and fortunately the “chatty Cathy’s” quieted down and moved closer to each other, but when two more ladies came up, there was nowhere for them to sit, so they sat on ottomans. Ridiculous accommodations here!! Fortunately I didn’t have to wait long and my therapist came to get me. He was helpful, friendly, and definitely very professionally skilled in massage therapy! I had an 80 minute session, which was painful at times, but I also appreciate a therapeutic massage. After the massage, I went back to the locker room to take a shower and then hit the hot tub and pool. The hot tub and pool area was pretty big, especially compared to the locker room and other areas of the spa. The temperature in the hot tub was spot-on, perfect for relaxing in there. The only issue was the horrible amount of chlorine they used… It literally took an entire day to get that smell out of my nose! The pool was clean and very nice and the temperature was great! Not cold at all! Overall, I enjoyed the massage and the pool area but didn’t feel as relaxed as I should have (people need to know to SHUT UP when in a spa) and comfortable as I should have, due to the small spaces. But it was still very nice."

"I would not recommend this spa to anyone after my first experience there. There are plenty of other great options in the area. 1. It was nearly impossible to make an appointment. No one answered the phone and the website was TERRIBLE. 2. Upon arriving to the spa with a group of friends, half of our appointments were changed without notice or apology. And the excuses were very strange. 3. The facility really cannot accommodate a larger group (there was 6 of us). All of the rooms are very small (relaxing room, sauna, steam room, locker room, massage rooms, hot tub, only 2 bathroom stalls and 2 showers). 4. It didn't feel like they were trying to give us a great and relaxing spa experience. They asked us to keep our voices down several times because the massage rooms are all around. Its a very strange layout. 5. The hot tub and pool had very strong chlorine and the steam room was very loud with a piercing sound. 6. The locker room and bathroom was clean upon arrival, but after an hour+ it was getting gross and unkept. The towel/robe hamper was overflowing and the toilet area was gross. 7. Out of my group, 4 of us had a massage and it was nothing to write home about. I’ve definitely had better. One had a facial, but wasn’t raving about it, and one had a manicure that was pretty basic as well, with very little polish options. For the price of these services, we all expected more. 8. The only thing I can give them points for is that they gave one friend a discount for changing her appointment, and they gave another friend a discount for the massage therapist being late and ending the massage early. Again, this is not a place I would recommend. For the price of services, we expected a much better experience."
