"I usually come here about 3 times per week, and the 3 days I came here they were all atrocious experiences. First day, I came in to return 2 items and he said he couldn’t do it because he didn’t know how to return items and the guy that would do it for me was not there. Second day when I came to get the things returned, I came around 3pm and they left and locked the doors without notice at all they didn’t even bother leaving a note. Third day when I actually finally had the chance to return the items, the register the girl was working at stopping working all of a sudden and told us that not only is self checkout is down, but told us that she doesn’t have the key for the 2nd register. I take the bus so I usually don’t have enough time on my hands to stay long enough. This place seems to be ran so ghetto with how many people actually come in and out."

"The lady with the short hair is most rude. She actually put her hand in someone's face and said talk to the hand. She asked this guy who his cashier was the man had a wàlker. He was obviously a lil slow and then said you took to long I'm not doing your return. I was shocked to say the least. Another day I seen them call for some guy an said he was here. And the man came running from the back to chase the guy down. They never seem to open on time and are very wordy. The store is well stocked and is clean. Used to be very busy but not as much anymore I walk by it and never want to really go in this store. This group is kinda not as nice and I think it is because of that lil shor hair manager. She seems to be kinda extra bossy and just extra power has her just point her nose up. Borderline mean and entitled. I went and looked at other reviews and see I am not unique in these employees. Even further back with a year ago. So it seems you sent rejects or those who seem to not have that customer service attitude. Ya know you'll be surprised how theft goes down when people actually smile and say hi. Now you got these and repeat offenders because the just like to get back. That makes sense to them I've done retail and because of that I learned to know these things and repeat offenders just don't. Being nice and letting them know I. Oh well anyway. Just saying"

"Don't believe the hype about opening at 6am in the morning! They are NEVER open at that time anymore. I used to have to rely on this store because of its proximity to my work and that it is *supposed* to be open early. False advertising, plain and simple. They've lost me as a customer. I suspect---considering the numerous people in the front waiting for them to open on a daily basis---I'm not the only one. Sad..."
