"Dr. Farrish is awesome. I recently relocated to northern MD. Finding a new doctor is always the WORST part of any move. Dr. Farrish is very attentive and does a great job addressing all of my concerns. I'm so happy to have found a great doctor close to my new home."
"I have had a great experience there. They are very responsive and pretty fast."
"Very fortunate to see Zach. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and patient. I trust him and can always count on his expertise. He's probably the best physician I've ever had. Also, as someone who despises having labs done, I can personally and honestly say that Tracy has cured my anxiety. Not only does she know what she's doing, she's great at what she does. Thank you both for being so amazing and putting up with me : )"
"I am not usually one to complain, and I usually have good experiences here but the past two visits have not been. I feel like people know their body and what is going on and you should not have to argue to get some sort of treatment or be treated like you’re unintelligent for not doing or taking certain things. My first visit I was given a piece of paper that said to take over the counter meds and drink tea. At my telehealth appointment today, the nurse I spoke with was very dismissive of my claims that I have a sinus infection and was very short and borderline rude in all of her responses with me even after I had waited over 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time for the call in the middle of my workday. I asked for an antibiotic after only getting more sick after nearly a week and while she did prescribe one after some back and forth, all she did was make me feel bad about taking antibiotics and try to persuade me otherwise. I just want to feel better because I have obligations and life events happening in the near future. I shouldn’t be treated like I’m uneducated or doing something wrong just because I want an antibiotic to feel better. I know that they are not the best for your body or gut and that’s why they’re taken in short time frames. I just think overall the staff here could be a bit kinder in their delivery and more compassionate overall it literally costs nothing."
"Love the Doctors there. But Management is horrible! Dont try and set up a payment plan with them, they will still put you in collections and send you a letter saying you are NO LONGER WELCOME at their practice! I tried calling Multiple times to speak to the manager and can never speak to them! It looks like they care more about money then the health of their patients. Its really sad because agsin I loved my Dr."
