"In Feb 2018 Mike put a transmission in my company's utility vehicle. He charged us cash price $2000+ which my contracted company paid for. I still have the receipt. We drove it approximately 10 miles and had to have the wrecker come get it and the hose supposedly was not tight on it. Mike "fixed" it and we spoke of the warranty. Which by the way we were told it was nationwide. My partner was pleased since Mike "fixed" the problem. In June 2019 we started having problems with it. I called several times and my business partner called several times and left messages. He never returned the calls. Finally after 8 attempts he finally picked up the phone. He said the problem was a solenoid. We asked about the warranty he said it was still good. Needless to say in order to get it fixed we had to have it shipped to him-a person we couldnt get on the phone. We didn't feel comfortable sending it to him since we didn't know if he would follow thru. We ended up having to get a new transmission for less than what he put it in for. He does not belong to ATRA (Automatic Transmission Rebuild Association) which honors the warranty if the transmission fails. My advice is go to Powertrain which especially built the transmission, shipped it with no core charge for a lot less money and gave us a 3 year warranty nationwide. The moral is be careful of who you spend you money with. If you can't get them on the phone after the work has been performed be real afraid of their work."

"These people are liars and thieves. I took my vehicle there to have the transmission fixed. All they did was slap new parts in charged me an outrageous fee. I asked why they didn't fix it the first time and they said they wanted to charge another thousand to fix the transmission. They have NO communication skills. These people only want to take your money! Stay away!"
