"Got my belt fixed here. They did a great job and for a really good price too. Jim and the guys are cool."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I know better than to bring my vehicle to him. He is a alcoholic who drinks all day on the job. I can't say anything about the people who work from him, as I don't know them. However, I work at a local shop too and had a Honda pull up. While inspecting this ladies car I noticed her front driver tire was under 10 psi, her front brake pads where put on incorrectly (should have been on opposite sides) , and he broke her locking lug (not the key itself). Jim charged her over 1,000$ for new pads, 4 new tires, and an inspection. While I understand the charge for the tires, and mount and balance, the customer should have been made aware of why her driver side tire wouldn't seal correctly, whether it was bent rim( visually the rim seemed fine) or leaky valve stem. INSTEAD, he told her she just needed to reset her TPMS light in her car. (Older model Honda, and didn't have a reset button) I was going to swap the brake pads around for her, provided they weren't damaged, but I couldn't get her passenger front tire off because they broke the locking lugnut. They key seemed okay, as it did take off the driver side. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE."
"I am a proud veteran. Jim's tire and auto is very patriotic and supports our veterans as well as all other customers. Absolute professionals here that are more then helpful, honest, and hard working men. I look forward to a long business relationship with them and I highly recommend them for your auto needs. Cant say enough good about them. Jim thank you do much! Respectfully, Andrew Ashworth."
"When I called I talked directly to Jim. He was very helpful in recommending tow truck drivers, and using the parts I had already bought. He even let me keep the old parts to return for the core price. Him and the other mechanics there are very thorough and knowledgeable. While my car was being worked on Jim would talk me through what they were doing and why. And he made the time I spent there go by faster by talking and joking with me. I'll be going back there anytime my vehicle has a problem."
