"Was terrible service ,had my truck 3 weeks ,and never even fixed it .. was a fuse box and couldn't find a working one ,discontinued from dealer but I found one on ebay same day I picked truck up ( yes that easy ,guess they never buy parts from ebay or don't know about it..)Needless to say they charged me to look at it when I already diagnosed problem before taking to them, I just wanted a second opinion... so money wasted ...."

"Wouldn't recommend. Took my car there to get a specific alignment after I replaced some suspension components (I do a lot of my own work but I don't have an alignment rack). I asked for -2 degrees of rear camber, I got the car back with 0. It wasn't worth fussing over as I had to get somewhere. So, they didn't follow instructions, but equally disturbing is their hostile, politically charged sign on their front door. They should educate themselves about who ordered the withdrawal before alienating a lot of potential customers by parroting nonsense propaganda. For an alignment, go to Charlie's in Falling Waters/Hedgesville. They have aligned a couple different cars for me, followed what I asked for, and did a great job."

"Do NOT take your vehicle here! Not trustworthy at all. I took my truck in for an alignment and he claimed that my ball joints were shot and because they “couldn’t find” ball joints that fit my truck they would have to replace the control arms as well which would have cost an extra $800. I refused the service to take it somewhere else for a second opinion and even got a third opinion and thankfully I did because they informed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ball joints. I just needed new tires and… you guessed it, an alignment like I asked for in the first place. Nothing worse than shady mechanic. I will NEVER take my vehicles there again."
