"Update 6.15.21, their was no issue with my zoom the NP called me and stated she had the issue and asked if we could do a voice appointment and I stated my mother has expressive asphyxia due to a stroke and the call is useless and a telemed are better. As for trying to call they only called twice once was thr LPswc for an appointment and today they called so you can stop with that lie. It's funny they try to clear there stuff up but have to call over and over on the medical side for medication refils and appointments. I'm tired of covid being used as a excuse specially sent people are getting Vax and places are opening up. You have time to do respond to Google reviews but have to be hunted down for Care. Find another place, my mother is home bound and we were seeking an PCP that does house calls. The Psychiatric side is good, but the medical side does not return your phone calls even though they state we will call you at 5:30. You have to call them constantly for medication refils and the Nurse Practioner had issues with the zoom on May 20th and she couldn't do the appointment and stated she will call them and reschedule that was 2 wks ago and she still hasn't rescheduled the appointment. Stay away find another place. They are disorganized and do not return calls. I've emailed them as well asking for appointment well no response."

"Extremely difficult to get prescriptions refilled and close to impossible getting your calls returned. I’ve explained several times that my withdrawal systems are horrible when I’m unable to stay consistent with medication & the doctor still does not make an effort to stay on top of it. This really causes a decline in my mental health which defeats the purpose of seeking help in the first place"
