"I wish I could give no stars but the one star will do. This is THE WORST place to work. They allow their employees to be mistreated and verbally abused by patients, attorneys, and paralegals. If you make complaints to them about it they tell you “That’s our bread and butter” or “That’s how we make our money”. I have been verbally abused, been called homophobic slurs from several patients, I was threatened by patients and when I’ve complained the incompetent district manager Luanne did NOTHING. When a patient or attorney’s office make a complaint about an employee they will terminate the employee regardless of the several complaints the employee made. Ashleen is the BEST Manager I’ve ever had. I would NOT Recommend anyone work for this company. This company has high turnover rates when it comes to employees. I should have taken that into consideration before I’ve started working there. They give patients the ability to just lie on employees when they can’t get what they want when they want it. They do the same with attorney’s offices. When the attorneys don’t get what they want when they want it they will complain regardless if you were taking care of the patients in front of you. They will also stop you from getting unemployment when you get terminated even though they did NOTHING about your concerns and complaints. All they care about is money."

"This office has amazing staff. Josh and the new girl that works in the back area are great additions to the office. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the wait time for physical therapy other than that there’s no issues."

"Please get rid of the of this star..They do not deserve a star. Also, please get rid of the receptionist Joshua very disrespectful. He is rude and just nasty. Gave some much attitude just because I was asking questions. He was mad because he had to do his job. In his word ( I have to stop what im doing to find your papers.) I got rolling of the eyes and sucking of the teeth, very unnecessary. There's people out here that will do a better job and will be very pleasant to work with. The people in the back were okay, except for the doctor Willie who didn't put the correct information for in my paperwork. It's a very old environment, it gives off creepy basements vibes. If you can, just avoid coming here."

"Let me just say this is the best office I’ve been to in a long time. Joshua is AWESOME. I know I might get on his nerves by keep calling about my schedule that he’s already given me multiple time but he never makes me feel like I’m getting on his nerves. He’s always so friendly, even when other aren’t so friendly towards him. Ashleen is a great office manager. I’ve called several times to speak with her about paper work that I needed to be filled out and she has not once gave me attitude. Russel is so patient even with them being short staffed. When going into that office you can tell that they work well with one another and they make is so warm and inviting."

"I stopped in yesterday to get information to become a patient and to get information on what health insurance plans you participate in. There was a guy at the front desk who was so polite. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I had all of the correct information. The patients that came in there yesterday were not polite at all. However, the receptionist kept the professionalism going but I don’t know how he did it but he did. Especially after what I heard one of the patients call him. It was derogatory to say the least."
