"I was well taken care of at Northwest Hospital. From the reception through the checks, admission, feedback from the PROVIDER, Nurses, Tech, were excellent. I am naturally scared of lying on Hospital beds but at Northwest Hospital, it was different. I was comfortable. The meals were excellent."

"i recently had a total knee replacement at Northwest Hospital. Everyone from the doctors, the anesthesiologist, the nurses, the PT and OT staff were outstanding. They were polite and considerate and very attentive. I had never been to Northwest before, so this was my first experience, and I must say it was definitely a positive one."

"If I could rate this place zero stars, I definitely would. However, I am writing this review as a public service advisory because this place is truly terrible. In fact, it is the absolute worst hospital in the area. I had to wait for 5 hours with my son just to have a nurse inform me that they will call me back with the results, which are seen by a doctor in Baltimore-Sinai. Next time, I'll just drive there myself because it will likely be faster. Seriously, I strongly advise you to avoid this place at all costs."

"I was pleased with admission staff; she recognized my distress and admitted me although I forgot my ID. Was triaged and admitted to ER where nurse Nancy made sure I was comfortable with support to my condition followed by nurse Stacy Ann who was very attentive and supportive; she stayed with me until I was admitted upstairs. Nurse Diana was helpful; she listened; not just heard me. She addressed my questions, made right any concerns I had and took my concerns to the attending physician. I left feeling better thanks to them."
