"I like the service given to my Dad on his death bed, this facility made him as comfortable as possible in his last days. The staff was very nurturing and pleasant."

"My grandmother has been in this facility for about 5 years. She is very old and frail, and I've been very pleased with the care she has gotten. Amazingly, she has had almost no bed sores even though she is completely confined to the bed. When I visit, which is not always at the same time or day, I find her to be clean and her skin in good condition (not flaky and dry like at her last facility). Though my grandmother is on hospice and is completely dependent on care, I am thankful at least that at the end of her life she has good care. Thank you!"

"Do not send your loved one there!! I Wouldn't send my dog there!! My grandmother was in Genesis Healthcare Randallstown, MD for 3 weeks. During this time: #1 - she had to call ME at home because she had been laying in urine for over an hour after someone told her they would "be right back" AND after she pressed the call button 2 more times. This was on the first morning she was there. #2 - it took them over a week to get her on her regularly prescribed medication for restless leg syndrome. She was unable to sleep for most of this period. #3 - it took 3 requests and another week for them to prescribe pain medication for her dialysis treatments when she had to lay in a reclining position and told the nurses that the pain in her back was 10 out of 10. #4 - she was promised a leave of absence pass and when she went to leave there was no pass written. We had gone through a lot of trouble to gather her friends together to raise her spirits, and when she tried to leave anyway, she was threatened with the line that "your insurance will not pay for your stay if you leave without permission". These were just the "big" problems. There were several more, mostly about the unresponsiveness of the medical staff."

"Terrible, Not enough staff Staff is impolite Staff does not take good care of residences Staff does not change residents enough, residents go all day with out having personal hygiene taken care of. Very minimal care is taken of residents. Staff is hard to find when residents need them."

"I wouldn't send my dying dog there. My dad went there after a stroke. He is diabetic no breakfast and no blood sugar checked till lunch time. No care: washing up, mouth care. Place smelled of urine. He was anxious and the nurse never called the doctor for any medication to help him calm down. Spoke to the supervisor and the Director of nursing no changes occurred. Speech therapy came for 10mins. Yet they billed for 30mins. They falsely document care that is not given. They should be shut down for neglect and abuse"
