"I switched to FedEx because UPS doesn't seem to care anymore about the customers. 1 of my packages was opened and the box torn and tape removed. Another 1 was thrown in my yard in the mud with the package ripped and my new blanket ruined. FedEx at least gets out of the truck and knocks on my door and sets the package on my glider not whipping it out the truck as they drive by, as I swear UPS does."
