"I don’t understand what is so hard about taking some ones order, reading a screen that tells you everything about that persons order including customizations, and filling it correctly based on that. These screens spell everything out to you, I know because I have worked fast food and even worked at a McDonald’s before. How can you not read what someone ordered and fulfill the order that you ever so happily took their money for? It amazes me how willingly negligent people can be over things that are sooooooooo simple. How do you take an order for nuggets and fries and then completely forget to supply fries and only supply nuggets and better yet, refuse to fix your mistake and simply say “sorry nothing we can do”? That’s one of the simplest things someone can order from McDonald’s… what a joke."

"We ordered on the kiosk, did not get a receipt. Waited at the counter for our food. The wait for our order (2 Happy Meals, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries and 2 sweet teas) was over 20 minutes!!!! So much for "fast food"! Next time we will go to Eat & Park"

"Passed by a McD that had Abad reputation for this one. Kiosk worked fine. Food was not fast but not slow either. Server was friendly. Ketchup and napkins hidden. Clean with very slick floors. Long lines at counter."

"The food is nothing like it used to be and I ordered a couple double cheeseburgers. Found out if you get them buy one get one. They take off a piece of cheese and charge $3 if you have two pieces of cheese on a burger, it's totally insane. The food is very lackluster. Nothing like it used to be. And the fries are cold. Nothing was really hot. Disappointed will not go back"

"THE DIRTIEST AND WORST MCDONALDS LOCATION I HAVE EVER SEEN! The food was cold and wrapped horribly, there were flies EVERYWHERE. Look at the picture I have attached for three flies just casually lounging around. The employees pay no attention and seem to not follow basic food safety practices. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!"
