"I was abandoned by Dr. Blanchfeild through no fault of my own. If you are in crisis while under her care, I never got a call back in an emergency situation. Nothing like getting hopped up on controlled substances at the hand of a doctor to then be ignored. This is serious stuff."

"Dr. Blanchfield is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. You have to know what you are getting into because yes, there are long wait times, they don’t file for insurance, and you see a nurse for most of the time. HOWEVER, Dr. Blanchfield will do everything she can to help you. I have been seeing Dr. Blanchfield for over 10 years on and off. Just recently my general practitioner refused to give me my medication refills and I called the office trying not to cry because I was scared I was going to go cold turkey on a medication you are supposed to slowly come off of. The front desk staff were so kind and had sent me multiple voicemails making sure I knew that doctor Blanchfield had taken care of my medication and will continue to do so from now on. I have had many times where I needed medication adjustments and she was able to give me the best medication for me using a genetic testing that allows you to take out the guessing portion of anti-depressants. We have a list of medications that will work for me and a list that will not work/cause side effects. Overall, Dr. Blanchfield cares and will do whatever she can to help her patients. She even comes back from vacation sometimes for one day to check in with her patients who are currently trying new medications and need to be seen to make sure everything is going well. I’ve never met a doctor who cares so much about you as a person and your family. Dr. Blanchfield has helped me grow to be the person I am today. I am very thankful to have a doctor who lifts me up and helps me be the best version of myself."

"Without a doubt, the most unprofessional physician I've ever met. The first visit was great. The second visit was horrible. After waiting 45 minutes (the receptionist kept saying "just a few minutes") I finally got to see her. I made the mistake of complaining about the receptionist. They paid me back by making me wait longer this time. I only stayed because I had already invested a lot of time consulting with her. I finally left. Dr. Blanchfield had made a couple recommendations (medicines) but I had forgotten the names. I called her office to get the info, but they put me on hold...indefinitely. I wrote a very nice e-mail requesting the info, but never heard a word back. This is extremely unprofessional. To this day I don't know if the staff filtered the info and Blanchfield never got the requests, or if it was her doing."
