"We have been trying to get a hold of this agent for over a week and a half. Progressive tried to reach him, and they couldn't either. He is not responding to calls, not answering the phone, and nobody is at the office. I don't even know if this guy still lives in VA or in business."

And so looked at the reviews - none is more recent than 1 year ago and most are 4-5 years ago. Nothing recent. Except now mine. I don't think Maurice is seriously in business."
