"My mother is a patient of this clinic and she always complains because they never answer the phone. She recently had a chest xray and almost two weeks went by and she never got a call regarding her results and when she called them they never pick up the phone which made her go personally to the office and was told that the practitioner hadn’t reviewed her xray yet. Also other time when she wasn’t feeling well she called and called to schedule an appointment and never got through and asked if I could go personally to schedule an appointment for her which is ridiculous when you should be able to reach your doctor by phone. I would not recommend this clinic at all. My mother is in the process of finding a new provider."

I’ve been attending this medical practice for near a decade and my level of satisfaction is high based of combination of stellar professional practice and dedicated human touch. I had a couple of mismatched incidents that were resolved with tolerance and understanding from my part.
