"We have been living here for more then 4 years and we love it. Nice people around, always fixing any problems quickly, Staci is really nice and listen to people. If you have a problem with your neighbour they won't put any energy into it tho. Will let them know but beside that... Good luck. We had a big turnover of neighbour over the year and noticed that they redo almost the whole apt everytime that somebody move in/out so I understand while people complaining about them keeping the security deposit but you can be sure that you are moving in a place with brand new everything."

"Was there almost a year and successfully terminated my lease with an offer letter from a new job. HOWEVER, they proceeded to mail me pictures of ridiculously small stains on the carpet and stated they were keeping my security deposit to replace the carpet. Do not waste your money here, you’ll never get it back!"

"Been here a little over 6 months, and I’ve been perfectly happy so far. The complex is well-maintained, and I’ve had very few issues. The few issues I’ve had have been resolved promptly and sufficiently, and everyone from Davis I’ve dealt with has been pleasant. I haven’t had any issues with other residents- my experience has been that the residents here are pretty pleasant- but, to give other reviewers some benefit of the doubt, it’s a big place. Location is nice- safe area, and there’s ample shopping and dining nearby. In all, I think Allison is a great value- based on my own experience, shopping other apartments in the area, and seeing friends’ places, I think this is about as nice a place as you can get without paying significantly more in rent. It’s not luxury, but Davis clearly cares and makes an effort."

"I've been here over 6 years and I love it here. The office and maintenance guys are very nice and accommodating. I had one neighbor years ago that smoked inside his apt and gave me problems but he's gone so all is good. My other neighbors through the years are great. They keep the grounds up great. It's quiet in here. Highly recommend living here. And I've lived in many different apts in the last 22 years. Allison is my favorite by far."

"Apartments are nice and well maintained. However, any large scale fixes to the area are poorly informed to residents. Moved my car for them to rip up the asphalt in our parking area which I thought was safe for the next couple of days, come to find out now that spot is being worked on and my car got towed. No one thought to send email reminders or even the initial announcement digitally so I can have a source of information beyond a single piece of paper so if I wasn't home I would know about this or even to simply call me so I can quickly go and move it or have someone move it. The whole process has been poorly executed and informed to residents."
