"My husband and I just moved in a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be any happier. First of all: Chandler is the greatest of all time. From the very first phone call she was extremely informative and helpful. She was so responsive with all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond. We move a lot because of my husband’s job and she is quite literally the best person I’ve ever dealt with during a move. The maintenance guys are also two gems. Our garage door broke the day after we moved in and they were here to fix it just minutes after I put in the request. They even let us borrow some tools during our move in. They also helped us move a really heavy item inside. Angels! The valet trash is amazing. The community is so beautiful and quiet. They have a walking path around the two ponds, tons of grills on property to use, as well as a fitness center in the clubhouse. Dog friendly with an extravagant dog park and a playground. Lots of dog waste stations also. You can pay your rent online and submit maintenance requests. We moved from out of state site unseen, and it was a great choice! Everything about this place is perfect!"

"I would strongly discourage anyone from signing a lease agreement here. As you’ll note, the positive reviews posted here are from 3+ years ago when other individuals were running the leasing office. Staff is misleading and unprofessional, not to mention inconsistent and vague in communication. Unfortunately, when leasing office feels exposed for shortcomings or their own errors, they act petty and look to create issues with that resident. Do yourself a favor and look for a more professional and honest place to call home!"

Brook View was truly our refuge during the pandemic and we are so thankful. A very nice place to live and certainly the best in the area...feels like a true residential neighborhood. "Wish i can put more pics on for this place( but i can't i have my kids on almost all of them ), is beautiful, every thing well kept , very quiet . Paradise on earth i rarely recommend anything if u guys are looking for a home Brookview is it . The staff is wonderful . "

"Brook View is an amazing gated community. Very quiet, friendly and the grounds are ALWAYS clean. During the winter, crews work all day to ensure the roads, sidewalks, and EACH individual walk way is free of ice and snow. The staff are always eager to assist you in any way they can. I could literally rave about this place for days and still wouldn’t do it enough justice."
