"I've lived here 1.5 years. I've called maintenance twice and they were responsive. The grounds are nice, the area is mostly quiet, the location is good. My apartment is nice - not luxurious but you aren't paying luxury prices. I have been happy here and I don't really understand the negative reviews, but to each their own."

"Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, no drama, no guns, no drugs, no kids hanging around late hours. This is very respectful, responsible diverse community of people. You can socialize with your neighbors or not and no one gets offended. There are no loud parties even when people are outside celebrating. When you come home from work, grab that ice cold beer, or at 10pm or grab your coffee at 7am on Sunday morning, go outside on your patio; it's still going to be the same...QUIET"

"I love it here. I find that there management and maintenance teams are friendly and helpful. I have lived in apartments all over the country, because of my job, and have seen my share of awful office management. I don't usually write reviews but during this pandemic they have kept the pressure off and that feels amazing. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking."
