"My wife and I lived @ Greene 750 for 4 years. We loved our time there and would recommend it to anyone looking to be in the Mercer County / Bucks County 95 corridor. The apartments are spacious and common areas cleaned regularly. The landscaping and exterior work throughout the complex is cared for thoughtfully. Theresa, the community manager and her team are always extremely responsive. Sonny, one of the maintenance managers also does a great job and is very responsive in addressing any issues."

"My husband and I were trying to decide on River Links, Ewing Town Center or Greene 750. Due to the displeasure of dealing with an incredibly unprofessional leasing agent at Greene 750, it made it easy to knock this location off the list. From the very beginning, it became evident that this agent lacked the necessary professionalism and competence required for her role. When we walked in she was having a heated debate with a current tenant, and came off extremely rude and abrasive. That should’ve been a red flag, but I let it go because it can be hard working with the public and I don’t know what was being said on the other line. When she finally came out of her office, her attire was inappropriate and I thought, ok, this is the “face” of Greene 750??!! First impression wasn’t good at all! We were then asked our budget because she didn’t want “her time or ours waisted.” We were offended by the comment because we wouldn’t have been there if we couldn’t afford it. After that, we looked at the requested unit, only to be greeted by a crew renovating/painting the unit. Instead of viewing another unit, we were rushed through this one and taken back to the office and told, “This ends the tour. Do you have any questions for me?” There was no explanation of anything, no next steps, nothing. Making us feel like an inconvenience rather than a prospective tenant. Her lack of enthusiasm and disinterested behavior made the whole experience unpleasant and unproductive. Greene 750, you may want to check out what other leasing agents are doing in the area, and see how they go about being professional, attentive, and respectful to current and prospective tenants."

"I moved into Greene 750 two years ago and I have to say, I have been very happy with my experience living here. The property manager and staff have been outstanding and the transition from owning a home to renting an apartment has been seamless. I have a spacious 2 bedroom and have received a lot of compliments from friends and family that have visited. The building is always clean and my neighbors are extremely friendly. Any maintenance issues that I have had (and there have only been one or two minor ones) have been addressed promptly. The grounds are very nice. I have a dog so having a nice dog park in the community is a great perk! You can tell the people in charge of Greene 750 really care about the tenant experience and I would highly recommend taking a look here if you are seeking to rent in a luxury community."

"Green750 has been home since 2018. All of the staff members are awesome; especially Theresa and Mandi! The apartment complex is always well kept and looks immaculate. Unfortunately due to Covid, the use of the amenities were minimal, but the pool was always a great addition to be able to use! The apartments provide you great space for your money and the balcony is the largest I’ve seen in the area. Such a great place to be!!! ❤️ I will miss it"
