"If I could give it a 0 I would.. i had an appointment for viewing with Janice, I reached out to let her know I will be late no response. I called, no response. 45 mins went by and im calling every number I see. I finally reached a gentleman on the phone who told me they'll contact her.. he gets back to me and tells me she left because we did not show, I said well I called her due to traffic and she did not answer he says " she'll be done with someone then your next.... Janice then proceeds to text my husband and tells him we were 45 mins late and a bunch of unprofessional things I won't share on google.. please dont bother here listen to the reviews, we ended up leaving and wasting our time driving from New York a hour and a half taking tolls for her to do that! so not cool. Didn't even had the dignity to even answer her calls to at least tell us why she won't show us... what a lousy leasing manager."

"I might have gotten lucky but all new appliances, everything is clean. Lost power for 1.5 days 3 weeks in but that's not their fault. A/C unit also leaked from the same storm but was fixed asap. All new floors, fresh painted walls. It's nice. Laundry on every floor."

"Be careful with this place everything seems nice and all is well while you were there but then you go to move out can you pay your last months rent like you were supposed to if you live there for more than two years you’re not supposed to have to pay for painting out of your security deposit. Well guess what they are telling me I owe a month of rent for a time. But I do not and they’re trying to charge me for the painting that I was told I would not have to pay for...UPDATE they removed the painting charge"
