"Where do I start with this place…..from the horrible craftsmanship to the mediocre amenities they swear by. Stay away! They will increase your rent by the states maximum allowance, customer service is horrible & they definitely are discriminatory against leaseholders! IN MANY WAYS! (catch that eye wink). If you thinking about breaking out your lease they will charge you for the entire year whether they find a tenant to backfill or not so be careful. Paid them $13k to break mine. Best waste of money ever spent to break that nightmare. Plus what they won’t tell you is that the soil is tainted. Real Ewing/trentonians know about the old GM plant where these homes are. Lookup middlesex management in NJ after you read this……look at the reviews from their other properties. Your jaw will drop!"

"The models we toured were gorgeous and definitely a great selling point but the actual unit we moved into does not compare…. Night and day. The craftsmanship is very poor and definitely not luxury…. Only the appearance of luxury. We’ve only been here for two months and the list of issues keep growing. The maintenance workers are very nice but the issue is how the units are being built. Very poor quality at a very expensive price point . The trick is when you tour the luxury/beautiful models and are told your unit is still being built but will look exactly like the model, minus the grey painted walls. 1. All of the floors are completely uneven. 2. At the very lightest touch of the walls, the paint literally disintegrates in your hand. 3. Most of the cabinets and appliances are damaged in some sort of way. It seems as if they were all purchased at a discount due to the visible damages. 4. The door latch for the front door is not long enough to use. 5. The bathroom floor and shower is so uneven, the shower door will not stay closed when you take a shower. 6. The pain along the both sets of stairs are chipping off, it looks horrible. 7. The gap in the front door is so large, you might as well be outside."

"Worst rental experience I have ever had. It was understood that we would be living in an active construction zone, but to be constantly woken up before sunrise and on Saturdays to loud construction equipment moving right outside of our bedroom window became very old very quickly. The construction also lead to trash in our doorways, and absolutely no use of our balcony due to dust and other debris material. We only stayed here for one year and the facilities were minimal at best. It seems as though only half of the construction is complete yet the gym, pool, and other activity areas are overcrowded already. What really struck a chord was upon move out. We requested a walk-through of our unit with the management company which they scheduled for the day of move out. Once that day came no one showed up and upon speaking with the leasing office, they informed me that even though I had one scheduled, walk-throughs are usually not given let alone guaranteed. So don’t be surprised when you have ridiculous charges being deducted from your deposit 3 weeks after you’ve left. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Sure the units look nice but the management company is so unorganized and unhelpful it’s not worth it"

"I love this place. Very quiet and clean. Maintenance people work hard to keep this place clean and up to date. Leasing office staff ms. Silona, ms. Evelyn and Bree and Shana are so helpful and try their best to help new guests and residents."

"Looked into moving here in November 2021… waited until they had an available two unit for April 1 2022… we were told two weeks before our move in date that we had to wait an extra two weeks while already having told our previous landlord that we’d be out end of March and all of our things packed up and ready to go for April 1… they didn’t care one bit. Then we finally move on April 14 only to find that when we were told there would be a cluster of buildings ready, what they meant was we’d be the only building surrounded by CONSTANT construction on all sides of us. The roads were filthy, construction vehicles everywhere, noise from literal sunup to sun down. Garbage dumpster was always overflowing with trash. After 6 months with total disregard from management about our concerns about the terrible noise conditions, NONE of the amenities that we were promised, we had to move out… living there was literally unbearable. Before moving out, we contacted management once via email and once by phone to voice our concerns because we should be allowed out of our lease considering NOTHING that we had moved there for was true or available… we never heard back. Once we moved out, I reached out by email AGAIN with photo and video evidence of the construction mess and noise we were living in, how there was ZERO PROGRESS on the amenities building, and how it’s absurd they wouldn’t let us out of our lease considering they basically lied about what we would be moving into… we AGAIN never heard back. Fast forward 8 months, they send me a letter saying they’re using our security deposit towards rent we didn’t pay, and we owe them ANOTHER 4.5k even though we STILL never heard back from management about the issues with their lease and community. I have since spoken to a housing attorney who can’t believe the scam that this place is running. If you needed one more reason to not look into this place, a few weeks after we moved out, there was a shooting two streets over. Unfortunately I can’t add videos of the level of noise day in and day out, but the photos show the mess we were surrounded by."
