"Well I reviewed this place with a 5 star rating a couple of years ago. It's not the same experience staying there for this period of time. The manager doesn't exist here. She never have picked phone calls and has been lethargic replying to emails. The only hope was the maintenance people. They were there for us 24/7. Wish these two people could be the managers. Recently, we have noticed some suspicious activities. We found an ID card inside our locked home. We informed the police and are happy that we no longer live here."

"I have nothing but great things to say about living here the Past Few Months , Apartments are very specious , Maintenance is on point great community and neighbors. My Son and Family love the Complex. Special Thanks to Elizabeth the Property Manager for her Professionalism at all times and making this move in - transactions very smoothly. Very hard to find Property Managers like her , she took all very personal and assure all paperwork was in time . Always easy communication with her at the office a very pleasant experience overall. "My husband and I were interested in renting an apartment at Whiton Hills and were in contact with the property manager. She suggested a date and time to meet which we confirmed. When we arrived, the rental office was locked up and the lights were off. After calling and emailing several times, she finally got in touch with us 30 minutes after our meeting time to tell us that she was unable to make it. My husband and I both had to leave work early to get to the meeting and the property manager did not have the courtesy to tell us that she would not be there until 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. We were charged $100 in fees for the application and credit check and then got stood up and denied a refund. The property manager offered to reschedule, but if this is an indication of how the property managers treat the tenants, then I think we're better off finding a different place to rent."

"I was very satisfied living at Whiton Hills. Never had an issue. Their maintenance staff is wonderful. Junior, the Maintenance Supervisor, is excellent and is so helpful. They even allowed me to break my lease due to unforeseen circumstances with no issues. All I was responsible for was that month's rent while I stayed there. I would recommend this place to others. The apartment space, ground upkeep and price for this place can't be beaten."
