"Internet couldn't stream any YT content above 720p wired on TV without pausing constantly, shelf at room entrance broken, microwave light broken, hot water took over 5 mins to even begin to get warm. Disappointing experience."

"We spent last night at the Residence Inn. We are local, however the rain caused our area to flood. So we needed to be evacuated The staff was beyond amazing! We called to see if we could get into a room early, and they let us check in at 830 a.m. in the morning, with no charge! The front desk was helpful, polite and super accommodating. We came with our 2 dogs and staff got us as close to a door on the first floor. For easy trips outside. The suite was clean, comfortable and just what we needed. We were impressed with all staff we encountered and the coffee in the morning was delicious. Thank you for making a bad situation at home, a cozy experience at your hotel."

"The rooms are spacious and clean and the food is really good! I like how convenient this location is when traveling for work. Edit: I’ve stayed here a few times now and I’ve only had an issue with noise once and it was the typical noise you’d expect from upstairs neighbors. You can also hear the train in certain rooms but it’s not terrible - almost like white noise. They will gladly move you to another room if yours is not tolerable."
